Important Reminders for Attending Events
To help protect everyone's safety and security, please remember the following requirements when attending our events.
Contacting the Stewards
The Stewards should always be your first point of contact for any queries or concerns, including pitch requests and complaints.
They are responsible for your safety and wellbeing and work in accordance with the guidelines set by the Camping and Caravanning Club. Please speak to the Stewards before approaching campsite staff, as campsite procedures may differ from the standards required by the Club.
Campsite proprietors also provide us with significantly reduced pitch fees on the understanding that our Stewards will manage most of the work associated with our events.
Your cooperation helps us maintain these favourable rates.
Membership Cards
When you arrive at an event, you must provide proof of membership for every adult staying in your unit.
You may present:
A) A physical membership card.
B) Your membership details in the SiteSeeker app.
C) A digital image of the card on your phone.
If you cannot provide proof of membership for all adults within a reasonable period, you may be asked to leave the site.
