Trevornick THS mini report.

IF you’ve not tried a THS before, especially if you’re a BCC Cornwall member, you absolutely should.

This THS held at Trevornick by Holywell Bay, is a really popular site. Rooster camped there many years ago as a young cockerel.

Book a weekend or longer at any of our THS’s and support your local club.

We stayed for 4 nights in Yellow field where it will be held next year too. That area has its own amenities block and many pitches have water as well as electric. Thanks to our stewards, Ian, Clare, Dave and Sue who made sure we were all pitched and who provided a steady supply of tea and coffee along with a Tombola.

The fishing lake is close by as is the golf course and Woodys bar, a chippy and a shop.

There are amazing dog walks with a brand new agility area for owners who want to watch their dogs climb and jump… many will perhaps even try showing the dog how it’s done.

Rooster tried out the zip wire in the woods.. luckily only Paparazzi was there to witness it and fortunately no photos exist of this amazing display of cockerel dexterity.
